Summer has landed at Lantana, and we're excited to share our stunning new summer dishes created by our Head Chefs and our new Signature Cocktails

As the summer sun starts to warm up London, we are thrilled to share our stunning new summer dishes created by our Head Chefs and our new Signature Cocktails which are perfect for a summer afternoon. Here's a sneak peek of what's in store:

✨ Pan-fried Sea Bream
A dish that perfectly balances the rich, buttery flavour of the fish with a vibrant salad of heritage tomatoes, pickled fennel, and a green olive, grape, almond & herb salsa.

🥗 Chopped Salad
For those seeking something light yet satisfying, our Chopped Salad is the perfect choice. It's brimming with crunchy fresh vegetables and giant chickpeas, all dressed in a flavourful herb & pumpkin seed tahini dressing. You can top this refreshing salad with your choice of smoked salmon or grilled Anglum Halloumi for an extra burst of flavour.

🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast
Indulge your sweet tooth with our Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast. This dish features light and airy cheesecake cream topped with marinated strawberries and a hazelnut sesame crumble, all served on toasted brioche.

🍑 Peach Melba Sundae
Experience summer in a bowl with our Peach Melba Sundae. This tribute to an iconic Australian dessert features elderflower poached peaches, raspberry sauce, and vanilla ice cream.

Sip Sip Hooray: Signature Cocktails

To complement our new menu, we’re also excited to introduce our new Signature Cocktails. Every Tuesday to Thursday, from 2pm to 6pm, you can enjoy these delicious drinks for just £7.

🍸 Lantana 75
Unwind with an elegant Lantana 75, crafted with Prosecco, elderflower, and rose petals. This cocktail is light, floral, and the perfect toast to summer.

🍹 Earl Grey Sour
For something a bit more unique, try our Earl Grey Sour. This cocktail features Earl Grey-infused Sipsmith Gin, lemon, and sugar. It’s a sophisticated blend that offers a refreshing twist on a classic sour.
