From Scratch, With Soul
Every dish on our new all day menu starts with a commitment to fresh, from-scratch cooking. At Lantana, we ferment our own kimchi, pickle vegetables, bake breads, and make all our sauces and dressings in-house. Our flatbread dough is made using Wildfarmed flour, and even the crispy confit potatoes come served with house-made garlic aioli. Flavour is never an afterthought. It's built layer by layer, thoughtfully and carefully. No shortcuts. No compromises.
Locally Sourced, Consciously Made
We work with ethical, local producers who align with our B Corp values. Our 8oz grass-fed aged ribeye steak comes from HG Walter, a butcher known for sourcing high-welfare meat. Our organic tofu is made by Clean Bean, and the creamy, plant-based Superstraccia comes from Julienne Bruno. Every dish is made with ingredients we believe in, crafted with a conscience and built to nourish.
Introducing the New Lantana Menu
Our updated menu brings fresh energy to every part of the day. Start with small plates designed for grazing. The Bang Bang Cauliflower is tossed in sweet chilli and citrus aioli, while the Gochujang Tofu brings that addictive Korean heat. The Starter Board is a feast of flavours with padron peppers, croquetas, house labne, flatbread and olives – perfect for two.
Lantana's classics have had a makeover, too. The new Chicken Schnitzel comes with Caesar mayo and a fennel-cabbage slaw, and introducing our Brisket Smash Burger is stacked with slow-cooked beef, smoked cheddar, and house slaw. Our ribeye steak is perfectly seared and served with rosemary salt and crispy confit potatoes. Craving something lighter? Dive into our Harissa Roasted Squash & Beetroot Salad finished with plant-based Superstraccia and house-made hummus. And if bold flavour is your thing, don’t miss our Korean Fried Rice 'Bokkembap', available with Clean Bean tofu or caramelised black pepper pork belly.
